JENGIO TERMS OF SERVICE
	•	PLATFORM ROLE
JENGIO provides a digital platform for businesses to list and promote services. JENGIO does not act as a broker or agent.
	•	USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users agree to provide accurate information and comply with all laws.
	•	BUSINESS LISTINGS
Businesses are solely responsible for their services, products, and representations.
	•	PAYMENTS
Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renewed unless canceled.
	•	TERMINATION
JENGIO reserves the right to remove users or listings at its discretion.
	•	LIABILITY LIMITATION
JENGIO is not liable for any damages, disputes, or transactions between users.
	•	INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform content and branding belong to JENGIO.
	•	GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
