Vendors agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date listings.
	•	FEES
Vendors agree to pay subscription fees as outlined.
	•	PROMOTION
JENGIO may promote vendor listings across the platform.
	•	CONDUCT
No fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities permitted.
	•	TERMINATION
JENGIO may remove vendors for violations.
	•	LIABILITY
Vendors assume all responsibility for their business operations.
	•	INDEMNIFICATION
Vendors agree to indemnify JENGIO from claims arising from their business.
Accepted upon registration.
